Blogging Woes
Posted on June 19, 2011 by Dona in WanderingsOver the past two weeks, my blog has decided to throw a series of adolescent worthy tantrums that have spiraled us into the depths of blogging hell. There were two incidents where we thought we’d lost everything–every photo, every story, every comment–written over the course of the past two years. But luckily, Vibhu pulled out his technological, programming savvy and managed to restore just about everything. We lost all of the photos and much of the layout, but with a little patience, we’re slowly working on rebuilding wanderingdona back to her former glory. So bear with us as we get back up and running, and forgive us for broken links and phantom photos! Happy Sunday and check back soon for the latest Weekly Pregnancy Photo!
Persevere please Vibhu and Dona as I’ve developed an addiction to wanderingdona. I also hoped to get you – one of you at least – a job with couchsurfing.com as my nephew (their house counsel) posted a facebook status that they needed a developer. After my investigating, it’s a job for someone with – drum roll please – computer skills but sadly based in San Francisco. So no go but I said if they ever need a love story about the merits of their company, you’re it.
Miss you here in Davis as the days get longer and hotter.
We would love to work for couchsurfing, but for now, we’ve gotta be in Canada. Just a couple more years though and we’ll be roaming the world and coming back to Davis for lots of visits! I’m living vicariously through your photos of summer time…it’s barely cracked the 70 degree mark here! Victoria is the land of year round hoodies. Big hugs to Erin, Brooke & Justin from me!
